OFFICIAL RULES: If we pick your photo, the photo of your baby will appear on the packaging for our 2007 got milk? baby line. The photo contest will end on 8/31/07 which is subject to change without notice. Winners will be announced on our website on 9/04/07. Photos will only be accepted via the website. Photos will not be accepted at retail locations. Slides, physical photos and entries printed on inkjet paper will not be accepted. By submitting your baby’s photo, you consent to Cutie Pie Baby, Inc.’s use of the photo, your baby’s name, age, likeness, and image for worldwide advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law; assign all rights, title and interest in and to the photo to Cutie Pie Baby, Inc.; represent and warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian of the baby in the photo you submit and are capable of granting the rights described here to Cutie Pie Baby, Inc.; and release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Cutie Pie Baby, Inc. and its parent, affiliates, shareholders, employees, officers, directors and other agents from and against any liability related to the contest, including, without limitation, claims based on publicity rights or invasion of privacy.
